Consent Disagree

If you chose to disagree with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Guest Refund Policy, Fees Policy, Host Penalties, 9to19 Credit Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payout Policy (collectively called, “Terms”). Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use the 9to19 platform and accept new reservations as a host, or book any new locations as a Guest until you agree with our "Terms".

Cancel your account

If you’d like us to cancel your account altogether, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my account.” Be sure to use the email address associated with your 9to19 account and add any other identifying account information, otherwise, we won’t know which account to cancel.
